Sudbury Arts Centre is a unique venue for your wedding reception or other life event, and for a limited number of days per year we are available to hire for this purpose. We have a pretty (closed) churchyard and outside seating for your and your guests to enjoy, which gives a wonderful backdrop for those all important photographs, or a quiet space to sit and reflect. We can also offer hire of the venue to celebrate and remember the life of a loved one, or for important life milestones such as a school prom or awards ceremony.
There are plenty of places to stay nearby, and getting here is easy, with ample parking in the town and with a great rail connection within easy walking distance.

We are an inclusive space and everyone is very welcome here, but although we look like a church we are not licensed to hold religious services or civil partnership ceremonies. We are right next door to Sudbury Register Office in the Town Hall where you can do the legal bit, but if it’s a religious church wedding or service you’re looking for, please contact our lovely neighbours at St Gregory’s Church, or All Saints Church.
