We’re sorry for any inconvenience, but we will be closed to the public from Monday 14th September to Friday 18th September and again from Monday 5th October to Friday 9th October while we carry out an exciting upgrade to our lighting system.
We’re delighted to be replacing our existing lighting with a modern, energy-efficient LED system. This will bring some great long-term benefits, including:
- Much-needed savings on our electricity bills
- A more environmentally friendly lighting solution
- Longer-lasting bulbs, meaning they need replacing far less often
Our current lighting fittings are getting older, and because the wiring and lights are at considerable height, changing bulbs requires us to hire a scaffolding tower or scissor lift. This is costly and, due to the age of the existing fittings, has become necessary on a regular basis.
By upgrading to LEDs, we’ll significantly reduce the need for these maintenance visits while making our lighting more efficient and sustainable.
