Join us this Autumn for a series of writing workshops, designed to support wellbeing. Three workshops will be led by our Author-In-Residence Jules Stone. Each workshop costs just £5 – tickets can be booked on the link.
We’ll use a variety of writing activities to explore how we can:
- Use writing to help us understand and manage our emotions
- Clarify our personal goals and what gets in the way
- Identify small day-today steps we can take to improve our well-being
The workshops are suitable for adults and over 16s. Most exercises will be completed individually and there is no need to share your writing with the group. You don’t need experience in creative writing as this is a chance to learn and experiment in a positive and safe environment, where all are welcome.
